WELCOME TO THE COA ONLINE ENROLLMENT PROCESS!

PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST BE REGISTERED AT ONE OF OUR SCHOOLS IN ORDER TO COMPLETE THIS PROCESS. BY REGISTERED, WE MEAN, A DEPOSIT MUST HAVE BEEN MADE AT THE APPROPRIATE SCHOOL. IF YOU HAVEN'T DONE THAT YET, FIND A LOCATION NEAR YOU TO GET STARTED.

We want your enrollment process to be as smooth as possible. Simply fill out our Enrollment Application and read and initial the COA Family Guide. Any other forms such as identity verification and authorization for medical treatment will be filled out at the school you have registered with.
